"Behold" for Nelson MandelaThe painting I made for Nelson Mandela of his homeland Qunu. After spending time in Qunu for more then a week feeling and observing what it is that made him love this land. I chose to depict him as the young shephard boy with his cattle looking towards the heavens as the sun filters over the rolling hills. Isaiah 12:2-6
